1. Where do I find the paint scheme for my unit?

The paint colors used in the Waikele community are custom colors. The WCA office has available the paint color codes for ICI Dulux Paint Centers and Paint Supply of Hawaii (Pittsburgh Paint). You can access your color scheme by clicking on the question area of this screen. If you wish to purchase your paint otherwise, please contact the WCA office to check out the paint sample book for your colors to ensure a match.

Effective January 2005, the Modifications Committee approved a new application form called "Pre-approved Permit for Exterior Repainting". This form is located at our WCA office and is available to homeowners who want to repaint their home the same color. There is no application fee to repaint your home using its original colors. Contact the WCA office if you are considering a change in color schemes.
