Covenants Specialist

Shaunte Guerrero
|
Shaunte started with the Waikele Community Association in 2006 as an Administrative Assistant and was promoted to the position of Covenants Specialist in November 2008. She was born and raised in Hawaii and is a 2005 graduate of Mililani High School. Shaunte is currently attending the University of Phoenix, where she is working towards her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Her excellent people skills combined with her desire to assist homeowners makes her the ideal person for covenant enforcement. She is a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI) Hawaii Chapter and also serves on the Education Committee for the organization. Shaunte plans to pursue her career in property management and is in the process of obtaining her CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Association) professional designation from CAI.
In addition to her responsibilities as Covenants Specialist, Shaunte also coordinates with R.E.D media to produce the Waikele Ohana Newsletter and serves as the association liaison for the Neighborhood Security Watch teams.
